Update: Active Hill, La Clery Homicide Victim Identified

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, about 11:33 p.m., officers from the Criminal
Investigations Department (CID) responded to a report of a lifeless body at Active
Hill, La Clery.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered the body of a male bearing apparent
gunshot wounds about the body. He was later pronounced dead on the scene by a
medical practitioner.
The victim, who was previously unidentified, has since been formally identified as
twenty-one (21) year-old Kimmany Francois of Desruisseaux, Micoud.
The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is appealing to anyone with information
regarding this incident to contact the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at
456-3770. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously by dialing the
